Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- You will retain access to all features until the end of your paid period
- We do not automatically delete your account data upon cancellation
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase if they are not satisfied with our services. This applies only to first-time subscribers and only to the first payment made.
Service Unavailability

Refund processing:

Annual Subscription Cancellations
For annual subscriptions that are canceled before the end of the billing cycle:
- Within the first 14 days: Full refund available under our money-back guarantee
- After 14 days but within the first 30 days: Prorated refund minus a 15% administrative fee
- After 30 days: No refund is available, but service continues until the end of the billing period
Free Trial Conversions
If you signed up for a free trial and did not cancel before the trial period ended:
- You will be charged for the subscription plan you selected during signup
- The 14-day money-back guarantee period begins on the date of your first payment, not the start of your free trial
