By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through our services, or updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our services following notification of changes confirms your acceptance of our updated Terms.
To use certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account up-to-date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our services may allow you to store or share content such as text, images, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain all rights in and to your User Content.
By making any User Content available through our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing our services.

By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing established for your subscription plan.
Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the subscription term you select.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Price Changes: We may change our subscription fees at any time. If we do so, we will provide notice of the change through our services or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as specified during the checkout process. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to that payment method.
Failed Payments: If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may restrict or suspend your access to our services until payment is received.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.
Cancellation Process: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
Refunds: Our refund policy is detailed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please refer to this policy for information about when refunds are available.
No Prorations: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of your subscription period after cancellation unless required by law.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Data Retention: After termination or account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of your information for a certain period of time.
Account Reactivation: If you wish to reactivate your account after cancellation, you may do so within 30 days by contacting our support team. After 30 days, your account data may be permanently deleted.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Small Claims Court: Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may bring an individual action in the small claims court of your state or municipality if the action is within the jurisdiction of that court.
These Terms and your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
